India-based real estate startup PropertyPistol has unveiled a new logo as part of a wider technological revamp for its broker platform Syndicate, FinancialExpress reports.

PropertyPistol, which launched Syndicate in 2017, says that the logo emphasises trust and professionalism. The rebranding is part of a technological revamp aimed at onboarding more brokers, according to the company.

Ashish Narain Agarwal, founder and CEO of PropertyPistol, said: “We wanted to showcase the innovation introduced by PropertyPistol, which has proved truly beneficial and seamless to the real estate broker community.”

Earlier this month, PropertyPistol raised $5.5 million U.S. in a Series A funding round led by ICICI Bank and Baring Private Equity Partners India.

“This fundraise will help expand the company’s operations into newer geographies and yield significant business growth and value in the future,” Agarwal said at the time.

Founded in 2012, PropertyPistol offers search-and-discovery services along with such ancillary offerings as financing, brokerage and rental agreements.

It has more than 25,000 listings across 240 locations and in excess of 300 agents. The company’s revenue almost doubled between FY2021 and FY2022, from $6.6 million U.S. to $12.6 million U.S.
