Estonia-based headhunting app MeetFrank has acquired salary data tool Compensation.app, Tech.eu reports. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2017, MeetFrank lets hundreds of recruiters connect with skilled candidates from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany and Pakistan who are registered on the app. Following the acquisition, it will provide real-time information on salary expectations for the jobs for which the candidates are applying.
MeetFrank recently integrated generative AI tool ChatGPT for recruiters to automatically create job descriptions and outreach copy for job posts. It has raised €2.5 million ($2.7 million U.S.) in funding to date, according to CrunchBase.
To show real-time salary data, Compensation.app is connected with more than 20 human resource information systems, according to its website.
