Germany-based Zvoove Group has acquired Netherlands-based temporary recruitment specialist RecruitNow, according to a news release from the latter. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded two decades ago, Amersfoort-headquartered RecruitNow offers an ATS (applicant tracking system) called Cockpit for staffing agencies and a recruitment website for candidates to apply for jobs. According to the company, it has 60 employees and more than 150 clients in the Netherlands.

Founded in 2018 and based in Wietmarschen, Germany, Zvoove Group is a SaaS (software as a service) provider for what it calls “flexible” companies across Europe. According to the company, it has more than 400 employees across 13 locations and helps more than 4,500 clients to manage 700,000 workers with an annual payroll of €12.0 billion ($13.0 billion U.S.).

“Our strong independent position in the ATS market is a strategic choice that we will continue to pursue vigorously within Zvoove,” said RecruitNow CEO and founder Andre Polderman.

“The added value of this important step is, among other things, the increase in scale. We also expect innovative synergies between the companies of the Zvoove Group. RecruitNow can play an important role in this.”

“We are very pleased to welcome another ATS player to our ranks,” said Stefan Kramer, CEO of Zvoove Recruit in Germany, in a separate statement. Zvoove acquired ERP management specialist Pivoton last year.

“With over 600 active customers, 200,000 job offers published daily and over one million incoming applications per year, our German solution Zvoove Recruit is a success story that we will continue to expand significantly in the coming months and years. For us, the exchange with the Dutch market leader, the joint ‘brain power’ and the synergy effects at product level represent great added value, which will also have a positive impact on our German customers.”
