GariBaree.com, a Bangladesh-based marketplace for cars and properties, has revamped its website interface a couple of months after its launch.
Now the users have more intuitive experience with better and responsive navigations, according to GariBaree. The redesign was implemented with mostly users having bare minimum internet knowledge under consideration.
With the new interface, auto dealers and property agents / real estate companies can easily promote their brands through a dedicated ad section and attract premium potential buyers. It is no longer tedious to subscribe to the website.
In addition, a new video channel has also been introduced for the buyer to review property and car before making a buying decision.
GariBaree was co-founded by Mohammad Sazzadul Islam (LinkedIn profile) and Afzal Hussain Sarkar (LinkedIn profile) earlier this year. Both are alumni of the country’s leading general marketplace Bikroy.com.
GariBaree’s business model is based on monthly subscriptions from listings of new, used and reconditioned cars as well as off-plan projects and secondary properties. In addition to a video, up to 30 pictures can also be attached with a listing. The seller is directly connected to a lead through communication channel, like WhatsApp.
GariBaree’s competitors include Tiger Digital Ventures-backed auto marketplace GarirBazar.com and real estate marketplace BProperty.com, which is to be merged with marketplaces operator Digital Classifieds Group.
