OLX-Brazil, the country’s No. 1 horizontal by traffic and revenues, has appointed a new chief financial officer (CFO), the company said in a news release.
Guilherme Carvalho will replace Gustavo Perin, OLX-Brazil’s finance vice-president, who was acting as the company’s interim CFO.

Guilherme Carvalho has been a CFO at OLX-Philippines and OLX in Berlin, Germany. He was also head of tax and, more recently, director of corporate finance at OLX Group in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands.
A board member at OLX-Brazil since May 2019, Carvalho holds bachelor’s degrees in law, accounting, and international business, as well as an MBA degree.
“I am fully motivated to take on this new challenge,” he said. “I’ll contribute to the development and execution of robust finance strategies to boost sustainable growth and value creation for the company,” he said.
