Lumina is a platform that creates and shares visual job postings. Forrester helped the company increased growth by five times year-on-year and scaled the business up to over 1,000 clients, including Amazon, FedEx and AMN Healthcare.
Before setting up Lumina, Forrester was in charge of business development for NurseGrid, growing strategic partnerships and sales. During his leadership, NurseGrid was acquired by Healthstream in 2020 for $25 million.
Forrester has more than 20 years’ experience scaling bootstrapped and VC-backed startups. He has experience leading multidisciplinary teams, developing GTM strategies and building profitable businesses that provide products to fit their markets.
In his new and extended role, Forrester plans to further develop social recruiting by automating content creation, optimization and delivery to attract candidates at scale for CareerArc’s clients.
“Over the next few quarters, I plan to make our technology more streamlined and accessible to a larger audience of talent acquisition professionals, while also deepening the value we bring to the table,” said Forrester.
