Ringier Axel Springer has appointed Łukasz Szymak as new CEO of Morizon Gratka Group and MZN Property, its subsidiaries that operate classifieds sites in Poland.

Szymak will assume his new role in January 2024, succeeding Jarosław Święcicki, who will then transition to the supervisory board of MZN Property. During the transition period, Szymak will serve as the COO of both companies.
“Łukasz Szymak is an expert with extensive experience in managing digital businesses. His taking over the reins of the Morizon-Gratka Group will certainly result in further dynamic development of both brands on the market,” said Aleksander Kutela, CEO at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, in a blog post announcing the move.
Szymak (LinkedIn profile) has joined Morizon-Gratka Group and MZN Property from Booksy, where he worked as the country manager for the past five and a half years. Prior to this role, he held managerial positions in sales and business development at companies including Groupon, InPost, and Vivus Finance. Additionally, he worked in the field of strategic consulting at Kearney.
Jarosław Święcicki (LinkedIn profile) is the founder of MZN Property and has been the CEO of both MZN Property and Morizon-Gratka Group since Ringier Axel Springer acquired them in 2020.
