Houston-based recruitment software company TargetRecruit has launched Copilot, a new generative AI product that develops the foundation for diverse native AI functionality on its platform, according to a news release from the company.
Copilot improves user interaction with GPT-based models through its text generation capabilities, which are based on prompt input and context. The product uses automated prompts to create tailored job descriptions that match recruitment needs, save time and streamline recruiter workflows using just a few clicks.
According to the company, Copilot’s configuration is user-friendly, which allows users to customize it and the initial integration includes OpenAI’s ChatGPT. The technology underpinning the product uses an advanced AI integration framework designed to easily integrate with any REST API-based generative AI API.
This allows for flexibility to connect with AI models in the future. The company said that enabling plug-and-play capabilities with preferred AI services will enable a series of upcoming AI capabilities that will accelerate sales and recruiting productivity and efficiency.
TargetRecruit’s CRM, ATS and its sales products are built on Salesforce. The company also has offices in London, Sydney and Bangalore. The company employs more than 100 people globally.
