Alto, the cloud-based software provider for agents and part of Houseful, ZPG’s rebranded property division, has announced a new deal with home setup service provider Just Move In.
The deal will allow Alto users to offer their customers, including vendors, buyers or renters, a free home moving service that enables them to manage all aspects of a new tenancy or property move in one place. This includes dealing with council tax, water, sewerage, energy, removals, storage, insurance and other bills.
As part of the new deal, Alto will highlight Just Move In’s services to vendors, tenants and buyers as part of the moving process. Alto will send emails on behalf of agents, using their own branding, when clients reach specific milestones.
The integration will mean Alto customers can bypass waiting lists and automatically access the product using their existing software. It will be tested before being switched on automatically after enough agents take up the offer.
Just Move In is the latest in a range of new partners that Alto has integrated with in recent months, including with tenant reference provider Canopy. In August, Alto launched a partner hub for proptech companies.
