Spain-based workforce-as-service provider Job&Talent has appointed Julio Moral (above) as its country manager for France and Belgium, according to a LinkedIn post from the company.
According to Job&Talent, “Julio brings extensive experience in sales, consulting, and business management in diverse international companies across Europe, the Middle East, North and South America. Some of his previous roles include managing director at Winterhalter, Orthoapnea and Airzone.”
Prior to joining Job&Talent, he was managing director of Witherhalter Ibérica, a manufacturer of dishwashers for commercial establishments, such as restaurants.
Moral (LinkedIn profile) has a BA from the University of Seville and master’s degrees from both the University of Liege and ESIC Business & Marketing School.
He commented: “The opportunity to redefine the industry is exhilarating! Job&Talent stands at the frontier of transforming one of life’s fundamentals: employment … The labor markets in France and Belgium are vibrant but traditional, harboring untapped potentials [sic]. Job&Talent operates in ten countries across Europe and the Americas and has raised more than $850 million to date from such investors as Atomico, Kinnevik and Softbank. Revenue at the company rose by more than 90% year on year to €1.9 billion in 2022, but it has yet to report a profit.
