Sweden-based Nordic Delta Group has announced the sale of its stake in applicant tracking system (ATS) Talentics to HRTech company Kolay IK.
The deal values Talentics at $2.0 million U.S. Both Talentics and Kolay are based in Turkey.
In a news release, Nordic Delta said Talentics’ ATS would be integrated into Kolay HR’s service offering.
“Since the beginning, Nordic Delta Group has worked very closely with the team at Talentics and contributed expertise in sales, marketing and investment, among other things. I am impressed by the company’s development and convinced that Kolay IK is the right buyer to continue developing Talentic’s platform. I am also impressed by the strong startup scene that has emerged in Istanbul,” said Anders Dellson, CEO of Nordic Delta Group.
Talentics was founded in 2021 by Nordic Delta, together with Rojda Özen and Hakan Özen, Talentics’ CEO and CTO, respectively.
Talentics’s client roster includes EBay, Synergy, Picus Security, according to Nordic Delta, while more than 1,800 companies use Kolay IK, the latter maintains.
Kolay announced the deal last month.
