Cox Automotive Europe has appointed Stuart Perham as chief information officer (CIO).
Perham (LinkedIn profile) joins from fleet management company Rivus, where he had been chief technology and information officer since November 2021.

Prior to that he was based in Germany, as Kia Europe’s European IT director. He has also worked in senior roles for BCA Marketplace and Inchcape Fleet Solutions.
In his new role, he will report directly to Mitch Gersten, chief information officer for Cox Automotive Global and work closely with Cox Automotive International president Martin Forbes.
Perham will also join Cox Automotive’s European leadership team, which is led by Forbes. Cox Automotive Europe works with most major automotive manufacturers, fleet operators and car retailers.
“As well as providing some of the sector’s leading software solutions, technology touches every aspect of the business and is playing an ever increasingly important role in service delivery,” said Perham.
“Plus, there are tremendous opportunities around the data we capture.”
