Recruitment marketing company Appcast announced a new product, Appcast Brand and Creative, to help companies attract and retain workers. 

The product package helps companies develop authentic employer brand messaging and assets they can use across various recruitment marketing channels, according to Appcast’s announcement.

The product offerings include:

  • Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand: Helps clients establish a strong brand identity to attract talent.
  • Creative Studio: Offers creative services with state-of-the-art tools and a user-focused team to build messaging and visuals powered by data and analytics.
  • DE&I Strategy: Provides recommendations using real-world insight, diversity methodologies, and data-driven initiatives to strengthen recruitment, retention, and culture.

The offering taps Appcast’s core programmatic ad technology and other recruitment marketing services gained with the acquisition in July 2023 of Bayard Advertising.

Appcast’s first post-acquisition product launch was AppcastOne, announced in October, which provides an all-in-one job ad campaign incorporating programmatic job ad distribution, search, social media and traditional media.
