Ukraine-based Inclusive State Association has created a job board called Pratsyuy to help disabled people find work.

Before the Russian invasion in February 2022, there were three million people with disabilities in Ukraine, but as of fall 2023, only 400,000 of these were in employment, according to Inclusive State Association.

Companies posting vacancies to the site include PrivatBank, the leading bank in Ukraine, and KyivStar, the country’s leading mobile operator. International companies posting on the site include mobility service Lyft, food processing giant Nestlé and retail chain Auchan.

At the time of writing, there were 60 listings on the site, with the number growing daily.

Inclusive State Association says Pratsyuy will help employers to create an inclusive working environment and build a reputation as being socially responsible.
