HeyCar has updated the France-based version of its website with the aim of improving platform navigation for all users, whether via PC, tablet or the mobile app. HeyCar France also hopes to create more leads for its partners, the company stated in a LinkedIn post.

“[W]e have implemented a new, more advanced architecture, which should allow us to optimize lead generation and be even more efficient in supporting our partners,” HeyCar France CEO Mathias Hioco told media.

“We drew on feedback from our customers to design an even more user-friendly site, as well as feedback from our dealer partners, which enabled us to rethink the buying journey with our new, more responsive online booking solution.”

More changes are planned over the coming weeks, he added, without providing further detail.

Established in Germany in 2017, HeyCar launched in France in December 2021, two years after beginning operations on the U.K. market. The site currently has over 80,000 listings and 1,600 dealer partners while the group counts 400,000 listings across its three markets. According to SimilarWeb, HeyCar France had 713,000 visits in October.
