Spitogatos announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post today.

Prior to joining Spitogatos, Lengos was senior product manager of SpotAWheel where he worked for more than a year. He is specialized in product development because of a decade of experience in the field with various companies.

Lengos holds bachelor’s degree in information technology and associate degree in information technology project management from University of Piraeus.

Local entrepreneur Dimitris Melachroinos co-founded Spitogatos in 2006. In 2014, Luxembourg-based Real Web SA acquired the majority stake in it. Real Web also owns Immobiliare.it, which is currently trialing an AI system to help agents get hold of quality leads.

Spitogatos.gr, along with its partner sites Spiti24.gr and Tospitimou.gr, dominates the online property markets in Greece and Cyprus, attracts traffic far in excess of competitors Landea.gr and Plot.gr. Spitogatos last year introduced a new intelligence service.
