Canada-based proptech startup Landerz has appointed François Royer Mireault as its head of marketing to improve brand recognition for customer acquisition.

Landerz, co-founded in 2020 by Simon Boyer and Nadine Fournier, provides market insights to help with the buying and selling of residential, industrial and commercial land. It has more than 4,500 qualified buyers.

Alongside market leader and horizontal marketplace, property sites, including and, generally list land for sale.

With 15 years of experience, during which he worked in e-commerce at L’Oréal Canada and as a marketing consultant for high-tech startups in Montreal, Mireault brings expertise to accelerate Landerz’s growth, the proptech company wrote in the hiring announcement.

The new marketing chief joins from, a marketing consultancy he founded, at which he worked as marketing strategist for more than six years. He holds an MSc in marketing from HEC Montréal, according to his LinkedIn profile.

“We are thrilled to welcome François, who brings a recognized expertise in brand management, digital communications, and customer acquisition in the technology sector,” said Fournier, chief product officer at the startup.

“Landerz is pursuing ambitious goals in terms of visibility, recruitment, and customer acquisition. We are heavily investing in our technological products and in our services for real estate developers.”
