Spain-based startup CarInMobile is aiming to make buying a used car from a private seller an easier and safer process.

For €189 ($204 U.S.), its Secure Purchase Management Pack is aimed at those who have already spoken with seller and want maximum peace of mind throughout the process.”

Styling itself as a “car personal shopper,” CarInMobile has partnered with garage chain Midras to conduct vehicle reviews that cover 155 points and provides a 12-month warranty. It also handles the paperwork of changing the ownership of the vehicles. It will delivery the vehicle to the buyer’s home within 72 hours of the closure of the deal for an additional fee.

“Once the vehicle has been selected and the certification has been successfully passed, we take care of collecting all the documentation to make the change of ownership,” according to its website.

If the prospective buyer has not yet selected a car, CarInMobile has listings on its site to help them find one.

It also provides car reviews for sellers, enabling them to sell their vehicle with a guarantee, thus potentially increasing its market value. It will also handle the sale itself: “You will not have to directly attend to any potential buyer, saving you calls and messages at ungodly hours, offers that are nothing short of insulting and countless time wasters that lead to nothing. We take care of that.”

CarInMobile was co-founded last year by CEO Javier Rodríguez and sales manager Hector H. Carrió, who have more than four decades of experience in the automotive industry between them.
