Qneiform, a Hungarian software company using AI to enhance talent acquisition, has raised €750,000 ($808,000) in pre-seed funding led by the Samen Slimmer Alliance. The investment will fuel global expansion and product development.
Qneiform’s platform helps find top executive candidates using proprietary datasets and AI models. It streamlines workflows for headhunters and talent professionals, offering features like team benchmarking, talent gap identification, and competitor activity monitoring.
“We’re eliminating excuses for bad hires. Precision and completeness matter, especially for critical roles where mistakes cost millions,” said Thomas Percy, a former hedge-fund headhunter and founder at Qneiform, in a report for eu-startups.com
Currently serving over 25 leading firms in finance and law, Qneiform aims to become the single source of truth for talent professionals across industries. The company plans to leverage the new funding to build a world-class platform and expand its reach.
