Matt De Luca, who co-founded the leading recruitment marketplace in Myanmar, left his managing director’s position at, but he says he’ll continue to serve as an advisor and partner.  

“After nearly nine years, I am transitioning away from my operational role at JobNet. However, I will continue to serve as an advisor and partner to the company. I extend my best wishes to Justin [Sway, CEO JobNet Myanmar] and the entire team as they navigate the future,” De Luca wrote in an email to the AIM Group.

Justin will take over some of his tasks and rest will be delegated to the management team, he informed us.

No only JobNet, he also co-founded, which is a job site focused on lightly skilled, technical, blue and grey collar segments.

De Luca remained associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2014 before he moved to Rocket Internet SE in Myanmar. He is an MSc. in finance and investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University where he also did his BS in business administration and management.
