Cho Tot Xe, the used-car marketplace of Vietnam-based classified-site operator Cho Tot Co., is expanding its business model with the launch of Chợ Tot Xe Official Mall, to offer car buyers a comprehensive, cost-saving service while improving quality and trust in used-car transactions.

Cho Tot Xe Official Mall is the first store in the Vietnamese market, joining the company’s online marketplace, intended to give customers more choice and a more convenient shopping experience. It offers comprehensive vehicle quality inspection, with 207 inspection points, ensuring the legality, safety and quality of vehicles before they reach consumers.

The new facility is also the first unit in Vietnam to apply a warranty policy for used cars, with a warranty period of up to one year or 25,000 km.

According to Trieu Khac Thiep, director of Cho Tot Xe, the official mall business model will constantly be expanded with a network of more than 1,000 partner stores nationwide. The goal is to provide a wide selection of quality used cars, helping Vietnamese people easily acquire a car at a reasonable cost.

Nguyen Trong Tan, general director of Cho Tot, added that the “phygital” strategy had been successfully deployed by Carousell Group in many Southeast Asian countries. In Vietnam, with the support of Carousell Group, Cho Tot wants to continue developing the used-car market, improving the buying and selling experience for customers.
