Pakistan-based real estate marketplace Graana.com and its sister digital property agency Agency21 have signed a memorandum of understanding with moving and packing service provider MoveItTech.

The agreement implies integration of MoveItTech’s services into both the property specialists to let them meet customer’s moving as well as home finding needs.

“Partnering with Graana.com and Agency21 is a fantastic opportunity for MoveIt. It enables us to serve a wider clientele and provide our comprehensive moving services at competitive prices, benefiting all parties involved,” said MoveItTech’s co-founder Uzair Khan, reported by DailyTimes.

“This partnership allows clients of Graana.com and Agency21 exclusive access to MoveIt’s services at preferred rates, underlining the commitment of all three organizations to leverage their expertise for the betterment of the real estate and moving experience in Pakistan.”

Graana.com and Agency21 are owned by U.K.-based Imarat Group, which also runs PropSure, a proptech company that offers property verification and inspection services.

According to Similarweb, Graana.com counted 238,000 visits in February, compared with the no. 1 real estate marketplace Zameen.com’s 2.3 million.
