Outgoing Schibsted CEO Kristin Skogen Lund (above) has revealed in a LinkedIn post that she is to join the board of Berlin-based on-demand delivery app Delivery Hero.

“I am happy to share that I have been nominated for the supervisory board of Delivery Hero, the world’s leading local delivery platform with operations in more than 70 countries, employing more than 45,000 people and serving more than 2 billion people across the world,” she wrote.

“As Chair, I will be focused on collaborating with management to keep the company on track to meet its strategic priorities and drive shareholder value creation.”

Skogen Lund is expected to be appointed to the board at a virtual AGM on June 19.

She is also the chair of Oslo-Filharmonien, the Norwegian philharmonic orchestra.

Kristin Skogen Lund announced her planned resignation from the Norway-based marketplaces operator on February 7. Her replacement has not yet to be announced. The company hasn’t put a timeline on this, stating at the time of the announcement that “Skogen Lund will remain in her role until a new CEO is appointed to ensure a seamless transition and continuity in leadership.”
