Spain-based workforce-as-a-service provider Job&Talent has appointed Brian Neely (above) as its U.S. chief sales officer.

According to the company’s press release, he brings “over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and staffing.”

“Brian’s previous roles include Executive VP of Sales at Palmetto, a multi-billion-dollar valued cleantech firm, where he scaled a cutting-edge sales team and drove hyper-growth in revenue, showcasing his ability to leverage technology for business success.”

“In his new role, Brian aims to expand and oversee Job&Talent’s US sales team, leveraging his extensive experience to drive hyper-growth, ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the company’s presence in the US market.”

Neely said: “My decision to join Job&Talent was driven by the captivating blend of opportunity and exceptional talent. The convergence of my SaaS and human capital expertise aligns seamlessly with the company’s trajectory … In the U.S., our immediate focus is on expanding our team and recruiting top-notch talent nationwide to accelerate the adoption of our software solution.”

Founded in 2009, Job&Talent operates in ten countries across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America and has raised approximately $850 million to date. It says it placed around 320,000 workers in more than 3,800 companies across a variety of industries, including logistics and retail, during 2023.
