UAE-based real estate marketplace has announced the opening of a real estate hub in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

This facility will help consumers to buy, rent or sell property in the Kingdom, while also serving as an office for the company’s local employees.

Having commenced operations in the kingdom in 2019 and operating in both the commercial and residential property sectors, Bayut says it has expanded its share of the Saudi market by targeting the country’s largest cities — Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

Led by CEO Haider Ali Khan, Bayut is a subsidiary of Dubizzle Group, which operates marketplaces in the MENA region and South East Asia.
