The T10X, an electric SUV manufactured by Turkey-based Togg (Turkey Automobile Joint Venture Group), now enables drivers to set its mapping software to navigate to the more than one million properties for sale or rent that are listed on Sahibinden.com, the country’s leading marketplace horizontal.

According to Sahibinden — which means ‘from the owner’ in Turkish — it is open to similar arrangements with other car brands.

Sahibinden, which has a VR tour app and developed AI tech for real estate images, wants to be perceived as a tech company, spokesperson Nazım Erdoğan told the AIM Group.

Founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of Aksoy Group, Sahibinden has approximately 950 employees.

With 115 million visits in April, according to Similarweb data, the marketplace is particularly strong in auto and real estate, and no local competitor comes anywhere close to it in terms of visits.

In real estate, Sahibinden’s main rivals are Emlakjet.com and HepsiEmlak.com.
