UAE-based Seez, a provider of software for car dealerships, has released an AI chatbot called Dalia. It is already being used by Al Ghandi Auto Group, the exclusive dealership for General Motors in the emirate.

According to Seez, Dalia’s intuitive user experience helps consumers to navigate the car-buying process, as well as providing general advice and information. 

The chatbot is designed to handle a large volume of inquiries simultaneously, while delivering accurate, consistent information in real time.

Seez’s product suite includes a CRM and inventory management system, as well as multiple digital marketing products. It says that more than 350 dealerships worldwide are using its software.

The company recently launched a German-language version of its software.
