Several features of Business — the part of auto vertical targeted at dealers — have been revamped. is a subsidiary of Russia-based IT giant Yandex.

Dealer/seller accounts have been updated to facilitate the analysis of call processing. The ‘calls’ subsection of the ‘sales’ section now allows users to identify who took a call and view its processing status and any remarks about the car in question. Moreover, call information can be now sorted according to the manager’s name or the stage of processing.

This new functionality is especially useful to large dealer networks, as well as companies that do not have their own CRM system, Business said.

“View all advertisements at once. We show data from, Avito, Droma and dealer sites to make it easier to choose the best. Advertisements from appear in the Business Office earlier than on the official website,” according to Business.

“The account makes the work of car dealers easier: all offers are collected on one screen; advertisements with the same cars are combined into one card; search filters help you quickly find what you need; filter settings can be saved. Advertisements are presented in the form of cards with detailed information about the car and the seller.”

According to the company, these cards facilitate:

  • quick search for a car based on margin forecast
  • notifications about new offers
  • negotiation status tracking
  • appointment reminders
  • purchase funnel control

It added that an Business account also allows users to

  • compare similar ads across the market
  • evaluate the margin and liquidity of a car
  • calculation of resale potential in different regions

Meanwhile, the company said its support service had been upgraded to provide assistance 24/7. Business promises users it will answer “any questions any time, day or night.”

According to Business, it has 81,000 new listings per month and 1,500 active users.
