WSJ: Alibaba plans second listing in China

Technology giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (NYSE: BABA) is working on a plan to list on a stock exchange in its home market, China, according to people familiar with the matter, more than three years after its blockbuster initial public offering in New York. Alibaba is evaluating ways in which its shares could be traded by investors on the mainland, according to sources for the Wall Street Journal (paywalled).

Scout24 Switzerland's board of directors has made two new appointments. Gilles Despas will replace Olivier Rihs as CEO, while Boris Gussen will take over from Toni Köhli as the company's new CFO from May 1.'s new VP, customer success Michelle Meyers appoints VP, customer success, a subsidiary of Move Inc, has introduced a new position to give its agent and broker clients more value. Michelle Meyers is the company's new vice president, customer success.

Australian auto site Carsales has announced Jeffrey Browne will step down as the company’s chairman after seven years on the board of directors, while two new appointments have been made to the company's commercial division.
