Ditsa was born and raised in Moldova. After finishing high school, she moved to Germany to pursue her Bachelor degree in Business Administration and IT. This was a great experience which shaped her future career and her personality. Since the courses were taught in English, she worked and studied in a multicultural environment with a lot of international students from all over the world. During her studies she had the chance to complete an Internship in Project Management and work as a student in the Controlling department. After completing her studies, she joined a consulting firm as a junior SAP consultant in FICO.

- Mother of a baby cat named Pashtet which loves to cuddle and to eat a lot.
- During her studies she used to move a lot because of her internship and work, so she moved houses 4 times in 4 years. This made her always think twice every time she is about to buy new stuff and clothes.
- Loves to travel and take walking tours in new cities. Moreover, walking is the only sport she actually practices with pleasure.
