June brings more than 20 years of daily journalism experience to her role as a writer / analyst for the AIM Group, where she covers the U.S. market. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, she joined the AIM Group in 2018. She is an award-winning journalist who was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for an investigative project on ground rent. She was a courts and investigative reporter at the Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va. for 10 years and a business reporter for 10 years at the Baltimore Sun. She also spent a year teaching and writing in London, doing pieces for The Wall Street Journal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and master’s degrees in journalism and teaching. She is editing a novel based on a true-life murder and wrongful conviction.
