Alma Media’s Mascus acquires a majority shareholding in its US license partner

Alma Media acquires a 51 percent shareholding in Adalia Media, based in United States. The company has acted as license partner of Mascus, Alma Media's international marketplace for heavy machinery and transportation vehicles, since 2009. The deal is said to strengthen the position of Mascus USA in the largest market for heavy machinery in the world. The acquisition is also in line
