Amazon and owners of Souq.com talking again?

Amazon resumed talks to acquire UAE-based online marketplace Souq.com after the owners of Souq had trimmed their expectations of what they can get for Souq. The parties are now negotiating around the level of $650 million U.S., Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
