Britain's second-largest hybrid real estate agency, EMoov.co.uk, is anticipating 50 percent revenue growth. The company's current annualized revenue is £8 million ($10.2 million U.S.) and should hit £12-13 million for the financial year ending April 2019.

The British Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) has upheld Hunters Property Group's complaints against top hybrid agency Purplebricks.co.uk. It agreed that three claims on its website were misleading, and instructed that, "The ad must not appear again in the form complained of."
