As Zillow prepares its roll out of ListHub listing-syndicator competitor Zillow Data Dashboard, some are reporting that Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp-owned ListHub are kicking Zillow to the curb. We haven't found that to be the case, however. In fact, even Move Inc. says that's not so.

Effective January 5, 2015, Steve Berkowitz is out as Move Inc. CEO. He will be replaced by Ryan O'Hara, most recently president at the Madison Square Garden Company. O'Hara will take over as News Corp begins its Realtor.com / The Wall Street Journal Digital Network cross-marketing campaign.

News Corp Announces New Leadership At Move, Inc.
RealScout, the startup that offers mobile lead-generation tools to agents, has just landed $6 million in Series A funding, to expand its big-data efforts at lead generation and its technology. A competitor to third-party listing sites such as Zillow and Trulia, RealScout recently
Global media giant News Corp. has closed its deal to acquire Move Inc., parent of Realtor.com, for $950 million.
News Corp. now owns all Move properties such as Moving.com, SeniorHousingNet.c
Move Inc. reported third quarter 2014 revenue of just under $64 million, for an 8 percent gain year-over-year. Its net loss of $8.6 million is a considerable downturn from the net income of $138,000 reported this time last year, however.
Advertising sales, at nearly $50 million, represented the bulk of Move Inc. revenue, with the remainder produced by software services to real estate agents.
The results of a report by real estate training and research firm T3 on how consumer reviews of agents generate leads to agents indicated that Zillow is No.1 for lead generation by way of reviews. Facebook beat out all the other sources, however.

In a video interview with Mad Money's Jim Cramer, Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff said that the News Corp purchase of Move Inc. meant that Move's flagship Realtor.com would nolonger be the Realtors' website.
