Zillow and Trulia have each separately received a standard "second request" from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), with regard to the proposed Zillow acquisition of Trulia. Both have 30 days to comply, though either can request an extension.  (See CIR 15.15, Aug 14 for acquisition details and industry reaction.)
